Schooling.....

We were absolutely thrilled with Western Lass finishing a close third at Kelso last Thursday.  She showed a lovely attitude and should improve from the run, we hope she will be back out in about a months time but she will let us know when she is ready.Quiet week for us with no runners planned until Ayr next Monday.  We have spent a lot of time schooling Knocklayde over the past two weeks and he seems to be getting his confidence back up over the hurdles after having a bit of a jumping crisis at Carlisle last time out.  He shows us lots of potential at home and we are sure all the hard work will be worth it when we get him jumping smoother and quicker.  As they say practice makes perfect and he wont be lacking any of that by the time race day comes around.
