New Facilities

The addition of our sand circle to our yard has been brilliant.  It is one and a half furlongs round in a prefect circle, the surface is 10- inches of washed silica sand and it has been well drained in preparation for Scottish winters!  The horses are enjoying themselves on it and it is proving a great asset to the yard, especially with young and fresh ones.  The horses will still head to the hill regularly to canter on grass and do their harder work.Our schooling facilities are having a revamp over the next week with the addition of some new jumps, lots for our novice hurdlers to be learning the job over!In the past week we have backed our 3 yo Getaway 'Gerry' who is proving to have a very trainable attitude and is taking everything in his stride.  Very excited to see him out on the track.
