New Arrivals and This Weeks Entries

We have had a couple of new arrivals at the yard over the past couple of weeks.

Star Racing sent over a very solid 3yo by Fulbright (Leo) that has been backed and ridden away. He has settled in well to the routine around the yard and we will crack on, get him fit and see what we have.

Another new arrival at the yard is a Cotai Glory filly that Making Headway Racing purchased at the Guineas Breeze up Sales. Aggie as she has been fondly named has settled in well to the yard. She is half way through an easy fortnight as she recovers from the busy preparation she had for the sales. There are a few shares available in Aggie visit Making Headway Racing for more information.

This week has been quiet on the runners front but that changes next week.

This Sunday we have Gweedore in at Hamilton for The Sunday Series for Lamont Racing. The racing on Sunday looks ultra competitive as it should be for the great prize money that is on offer and we are excited to head there with a horse in good form.

On Tuesday we have Colinton entered up at Newcastle where hopefully he can redeem himself after being unruly round the bends at Musselburgh last week. Colin is a bit of a character and proved really difficult to steer last week, he forfeited lengths round the bends but sheer ability seen him finish a close second despite this. The run did not go unnoticed by the handicapper and he received a 3lb hike for his second place.

Next week we also have entries at Perth. Halcyon Dreams and Grey Tikkana on Wednesday and That’s Your Lottie on Thursday. We will also be entering Spartakos, Slainte Mhath and Rockley Point for Hamilton on Friday. Hopefully a busy week ahead!
