A Winner

A great day at Hexham yesterday with Knocklayde winning the bumper for his owners 'The Jackson Partnership'.  Its great to have a syndicate in the yard that take so much fun out of it and hopefully they continue to have luck with him.  Only a three runner race but really encouraged by the way he pulled clear of his rivals, he showed a great attitude and determination.  It is a huge sense of achievement when he has been here since he was an unbroken store and we have done all the work in the yard from breaking in to getting him to his first race and now his first win.  A huge well done to all involved.Looking forwards we are still waiting for good ground for a fair few of the horses and although we may be a bit quiet over the next few weeks we look to have a busy couple of weeks the beginning of May.Our new lorry is running great and the horses are loving being travelled around the countryside in style.
